This building is three atorics and is of -wood framo construction.. Lho upper two floors h..ve apartmantc and rooms to rent and there are five tenants in the buildin- boaldo the owner. Three are on the tlti:,Id floor tmd two are on the 2nd floor whoro the oumor also '_ ves. The first floor. is occupied by "Tony's Tavcrn", a vacmit store used for the storage of flam.able ratorials and a barber ohon. The building has a baaer:ent which is on the level of tiro alloy. Tho basemont is clean and shows no evido:ice of -oor maintenance. The flrst floor has the following; items that would aid t'ne spread of fire. q'hore is a lot of wall paper loose in the rear of the barber shop and oo;e of the ,Master is off the coilirs; and the east wall. 'Llioro is s,.mo flamable rubbish in this area that should be hanlod out. The Brea urcd for storage on the first floor, is used in violation of the codo. Story;;o of _'lammable materials in this building is not permitted raid all of this storage shmild be romoved. We have written tiro notices to the ourner on the tavern, and among other things we have asked that the room in the roar of the tavern be cleaned up and the itovo pipe from the oil stovo, protected wiioro it goes throuj;h a von -our wall.
