Combustible material 3s being stored under stairs and underside <br /> of stairs ie sealed wi.th wood and covered rrlth paper. <br /> 9. There is an empty oil tank above false ceiling in Tavern. <br /> 10. The back door of the tavern swings in the wrong direction. <br /> 11. Install solid core, self-closing doors to provide approved one- <br /> hour £ire separation betiaeen each floor. <br /> 2. Stair enclosure must be of one-hour £ire resistive construction. <br /> Surfaces in stair enclosure must not exceed a flame spread rating <br /> o£ 25. <br /> 3. All wlndrnrs rrithin ten feet of motal fire escape must Ue of wired <br /> glass, �, inch thick set in metal £ranes. <br /> 1�. Electrical service drop must be repaired, detached from fire escape <br /> and installed in a manner approved by the City Electrical Inspector. <br /> 5. Apartment doors must be refitted or changed to provide a tight aeal <br /> around door perimeter. <br /> 6. Seal over all areas xhere plaster is missing. <br /> 7. Remove garbage cans or other obstructions from hallways. <br />
