I've been told by Mr. Doerschuk that this tenant <br /> would need an occupant load of at least 100 in order to make this functional. <br /> I am proposing that your tenant have three rooms with occupant loads o(49, 49, and 25 with the <br /> following provisions: <br /> � Panic hardware be provided on the exits <br /> • Lighted exits and emergency lighting be provided throughout the basement <br /> � �--RmNFf'A 72 mon -alarm-system-be-instatted-on-bcjt#�#ec�rs-cFt#e�itdirag�'lo� �c"_,;:,�'-;� <br /> � • A Knox Box be provided for Fire Department emergency access � ;r� �- <br /> • No alcohol be sold or consumed on ihe property <br /> • The property be subject lo Fire Department inspections <br /> • Tickets will not be sold for"events" or the property be sub-leased for assembly-type <br /> events <br /> I believe this woutd sufficiently protect the occupants and keep this space within its cuRent <br /> classification as a "B" occupancy.
