Replace all apalled <br /> brick (full face) , re-usinq brick from existing <br /> chimney. Replace all masonry sills on south �nd east <br /> facades with brick from existing chimney, no parging • <br /> coat. 7111 tuckpoint work . neat and uniform in <br /> appearance snd cleaned ready foc application of ■ealant. <br /> Tear out wirtdows and frames of the second and third <br /> window from the west on the residential floor on the <br /> south side of the buildinq. Seal up opening from sill <br /> to head with brick from exiating chimney. <br /> Remove boitos one or two courses of brick d�wn to the <br /> sill on the west door to the retail apace on the south <br /> side of the building s9 that door may be made openable. <br /> Apply one fiog coat u a d f d c dow o clear <br /> silicone masonry base aealer on east an south acade in <br /> , accordance vith manufacturer's inetructions, Thoro-Clean <br /> Seal 777 or equnl.
