Install all necessary stops and trim to provide <br /> a finished window installation. Clean all windows at <br /> completion of window installation. <br /> Install new i�sulated double strength glass or tempered <br /> glasa as per U.B.C. , 1985, in the storefront facade as <br /> shown in drawings, to be atopped in with wood as per <br /> item #5, Finiah Carpentry, except do not replace row of <br /> windows above existing awning. Provide resilfent <br /> glazing tape to the inaide surface of the stops. Caulk <br /> exterior perimetec of all windows with 1/8" bead of <br /> clear silicone caulking. Clean all windows at <br /> completion of win�3ow installation. All windows within <br /> 18" of grade or wi�hin 12" of a door : tempeced. <br /> Install 1/2 hour fire rated windows on all window <br /> openinga onto the first floor or mezzanine levels of the <br /> retail space on the south side of the building (7 <br /> wi�dows) . Remove existing windows and fram�:s. New <br /> windows: tempered qlass inside, 1/2" air space, and <br /> obscured wired glass to the exterior. Frames : steel <br /> angle bars inside and out:, covered with wood stops. <br />
