Please pans this inhxmatbn <br /> on to Chris as we discussed. <br /> Additional, I reviewed the alley paving in question. It appears that the alley was paved previously and that ordr the years it <br /> has become dilapidated with breakups and potholes.Besed on the revised parking layout for the new lot and the addition <br /> of bollards along the East side of the parking lot, use of the alley should be min(mal with regards ro the new parking lot. <br /> Since Maintenance of existing irnproved alleys is usually left to the street department,Mr.Opie's requirement to do alley <br /> work can be suspended until such time as he or future property ovmers have a more intense use of the ailey. <br /> Kirk <br /> t <br />
