Items not included in sample were metals as these items can be raycled.S�ple results show 2.30 parts per million of lead,which is below regulatory limits of S pa�ts per million. Tl�e materials can be disposed of as general construdion debris. PCB Contaiein¢Li¢ht Ballast: During the inspection a total of 2 PC'B containing light balla+t were discovened. Refri=eranb may exist in the walk in cooler,located in the brr arca of t6e old nstaunnt secdoo. � LaNITATIONS OF INSPECTION The sole purpose of this inspection report is to document the asbestos and lead wntaining building materials discovered in the inspection and destructive sampling of suspect materials by The Knebel Company personnel,at the building located at 2008 Hewitt Avenue Everett,Washington on Febniary 13, 2002. In sfict accordance with NESHAPS regulapons, this site visit consisted of a thorough � visual walk through of the building for the purpose of viewing and sampling potential ACM. As ssbestos surveys are non-comprehensive by nature,The Knebel Company, Inc. cannot be held liable for materials which require destructive means to access,materiais which are hidden from sight(e.g. materials hidden behind walls),materials which cannot be found due to their obscure nature,or which othenvise cannot be discovered with reasonable diligence. Electrical wiring was not sampled durin�this inspection because the Qower was still active. The building was unoccapied during this inspection. Any suspect asbestos containing materials discovered during the demoliNon project,that have not been sampled, should not be disturbed until an assessment of the suspect material can be made. This survey dces not include documentation for other harardous materials ihat may eacist on site, such as soil contamination due to storage tanks,exterior electrical vaults,etc.
