ASBESTOS SUMMARY with RECCOMMENDA`i IONS (Recommeedation commenb arc not to be uaed as contnct docnment dircctivp.) 2014 Hewitt Aveoue: As stated in the inidal inspecdon rcport,this is a two-story building consisting of a main tloor,and a sxond floor storage room lacated on the above the southeast part of the store The bu:lding is conswcted on a concrete foundation. The exterior walls are brick and monar,and the flat roof is a composed of rolled composition roo6ng, felt roofing papers,and silver roof sealam. The primary source of heat is ceiling mounted space heaters. No theanal system insulation was discovered dwing this inspection,however, caution should be exercised when demolishing walls whero plumbing may exist. ASBESTOS: Silver rnat roof sealant uver black rolled roo6ng,and over gray building putty (Homogenous#'s 19,20, 21,22,23)was discuvered on the entice roof of the building. The silver coat roof sealant was found to contain 3•/.chrysotile ubesto�.
