The <br /> building is constructed on a concrete foundation. The exterior walls are brick and mortar, <br /> and the flat roof is a composed of rolled composition roofing,felt roofing papers,and <br /> silver roof sealant. The primary source of heat is ceiling mounted space heaurs. No <br /> thennal system insulation was discovered during this inspection,however,caution should <br /> be exercised when demolishing walls where plumbing rttay exist. <br /> ASBESTOS: <br /> Thra samples of white spray appGed ceiling texture(Homogenous#01)werc extrac0ed Srom the <br /> west side of the building.
