Jessie Maddocks. <br /> She is the owner of the property known a.; 2120 tiewitt Avenue. <br /> It has been boarded and locked such that no one could get into <br /> it and as such it apparently is of no danger to anyone at this <br /> time, anymore than any other vacant building in town. <br /> Mrs . Maddocks recently had the building examined by an architect <br /> with the thouyht of doing something regarding the building and <br /> he was of the opinion that generally the building caas quite sound <br /> and should be restored. The exact nature of the restoration is <br /> a little difficult to plan in�:smuch as the use of the building <br /> would most likely control the fine points of the restoration and <br /> the use has not been determinad at this time. <br /> I would be happy to discuss this situation with you further.
