Since the bullding will be used for <br /> offlces and has only three off-street parking stalls it Would require a <br /> permit as a non-conforming use. However, the Distrlct has a total of 274 <br /> off-street parking stalls on its headquarters site which lies within 300 <br /> feet of the Haugen Building. A sketch is enclosed for reference. <br /> We have a total of 83,250 square feet of office space at this <br /> site including the Haugen Building and three temporary mobile offices. <br /> No personnel are quartered in the Records Center or Warehouses. Truck <br /> unloading areas by the warehouses have not been included in our count of <br /> parking stalls. <br /> As our figures indicate, we have adequate parking available to <br /> meet City requirements and trust that this information will satisfy the <br /> conditions for issuance of a building permit.
