They are aware that their building is in <br /> . a sad state but they are going to retire in two years (May 1976) and will <br /> l�ave no further cae for the building. <br /> � On June 6, 1974, we mailed the ownera a letter recammending that they <br /> i demoliah the atructure within a reaeonable length of time. <br /> Our lasL exterior inspection of the building on May 27, 1975, revealed <br /> that the atructure ia further deteriorated. <br /> I[ !e my intention to issue a Notice of Unsafe Building asking for <br /> demolition withiz 180 days. <br /> a • C <br />
