To wit: <br /> Per Section 1001 C-1 -- Deteriorated and inadequate foundations. <br /> Per Section 1001 C-4 -- Members of walls, partitions or other <br /> orizontal members which sag, split or buckle due to defective <br /> material or deterioration. <br /> Per Section 1001C-6 -- Members of ceilings, roofs, ceiling and <br /> roof supports or other horizontal members which sag, split <br /> or buckle due to defective matarial or deterioration. <br /> Faulty weather protection <br /> Per Section 1001 Ii-9 -- Rroken, rotten, splik, or buckled <br /> wall coverings or roof coverings. <br /> Electrical system deteriorated and inadequate. <br />
