City of Everett will do the inspections and certifitate of occupancy for <br /> both permits concurrently,since several of these changes were made in the field prior to final inspection of permit <br /> 80707-003. <br /> Building comments on drawings submitted 11/24/2009: <br /> • The toilet room cannot open directly inro an area or room used for the preparation of food for�ervice to the <br /> public, per 2006 IDC section 2902.2.1.1. <br /> • In food pr,:paration serving and related storege areas,additional fixture requirements may be dictated hy health <br /> codes, per 2006 IDC section 2902.1.4. <br /> • If the designated cafe seating ama exceeds 450 square feet, one unisex toilet room is not sufficient, per 2006 <br /> IE3C section 2902.3.1. <br /> • The new door at the rear of the office requires 18 incn pull side clearence, per IBC A117.1 figure 4041.3.1(a). <br /> • An accessible entrance is required per IBC section 3409.5.1, and the curb ramp is required to be dimensioned to <br /> comply with IBC A117.1 section 406,with a maximum 1:12 rise and flared sides which do not exceed 1:10. <br /> • The private o(fice toilet can tomply wi[h the exceptions to IBC 1109.2, bu[clear dimensions and clearances <br /> should be shown on the drewings. <br /> • All new doors are required to comply with a minimum 2'-10" width, per IBC section 1008.1.1. <br /> • A sedion through the new counter shoidd be shown on the drawings to comply with the service counter <br /> requirements of 36 inch maximum height and 3G in[h minimum length of a parallel approach, per IBC A1171 <br /> section 904.3.1. <br /> • Revisions to issued permit drawings for permit 80707-003 should be bubbled for darity. <br /> .
