Theoretically, could this occupancy be constructed <br /> today essentially as it now existsl If so, I seriously doubt that we could <br /> make any headway in a court of law.in getting changes made. <br /> Even !he new appendix in the 1982 Code would not apply on the occupant load <br /> issue. <br /> Does the fact that the renovation of this ocaupancy was done wothout a <br /> penit give us any leverage7 <br /> We would like to see four things done in this occupancy. <br /> i <br /> 1.
