The off street parking ordinance should be enforced-- <br /> ' the needs are for forty (40) parking spaces. <br /> 4 Mr. Fuller then reiterated that 'he was not taking any parkinq <br /> � away with his proposed addition. <br /> In answer to a question, Mr. Fuller also stated that he had <br /> � attempted to purchase the property across the alley to the South <br /> � along with the adjacent house and these were not for sale at the <br /> present time but when they were he would have the first purchase <br /> opportunity. <br /> i <br /> � Mr. Itussell then summed up what he felt the attorney had presented. <br /> ; Mr. Platis <br /> �i 1. The storage area in relationship to seating capacity is an <br /> ' unusual circumstance. <br /> 2. The Board should make findings pertaining to paragraph <br /> ' one (1) of Section 19. 70. 060 of the Everett Municipal <br /> Code, that make sense and the court will uphold these <br /> findings. <br /> Mr. Berg had some �uestions answered on size of office space in <br /> the proposed addition. <br /> 6 <br />
