Ben \ewland about five years ago, an improvanent widely <br />recognized and acclauned by L'he conmmity. <br />I am in the process of raraleling the sewnd and tl�ird floor interiors of these build— <br />ings, a project I hope to have cortq�leted by mid-1981. Ttiere is one parcel on the east <br />side of the block fronting �laple Street which is unimproved and used for parking. I <br />�,auld like to improve this parking area �oith paving and landscaping. To get n�o <br />raas of parking hocaever, requires tl�at I lease five (5) feet of public ri�t�t of �aay <br />along the 120 feet of fmnlage on �faple <br />I understand that the usual lease price is $0.15/ft.2 and am willing to pay U�is <br />amount.
