This will <br />be a r3ght turn exit only. <br />� Entrance to the parking lot wili be via alley only. <br />• Sidewalk and curb on east side oi parking lot fronting Maple will be replaced ' <br />, aith new vertical curb and S' sidewalk. i <br />• Stdewalk/curb on south side of parking lot fronting Hewltt wlll be repalred/ <br />replaced as required by new curb cut and closing of old curb cuts. <br />+ Wheelchalr ramps are required. <br />The above improvements should be con.rleted prior to occupancy of Pardee's.
