Item 5: Equipment K-14•(vegetsble sink), and <br />K-16 (l�uto chlor ctiemica2 sanitizing disiiwasl�er) , and <br />K-18 (three compartment sink) all shall have indirect <br />connection to sewer---drain to a floor sink. Item 6: <br />It is understood that K-29C (hand sink with faucet) <br />shall be moved out of the counter and shall not be a <br />counter drop-in type of sink. Plans are now approved. <br />Please give a few days notice when you are ready for the <br />final facility inspection which must show no code <br />violations so an onerating permit can then be issued. <br />If there are any questions during construction and <br />eouinment installation, please call. I am in the office <br />(259-9537) weekdays between 8- 9 A.M. <br />Your plan review fee is $125.00 (five hours times twenty <br />five dollars) which is due anytime now and must be pai.d <br />before an operating permit is issued. <br />Attached is an ooerating nermit application and fee <br />schedule. Your dining seating capacity is 58. From the <br />fee schedule: 58 - 25 = 33. $55.�0 + $33.00 + $40.00 <br />(the cocktail lounge) _$128.00; but, it is after July lst <br />so divide this bv two.
