Complete construction drawings of the second tloor and su�,ports should be provided. <br />Details should include connections of lhe ledger to lhe exisling brick wall, columrnlo- <br />beam conneclions, reinforced footings and other misc. framing delails. The structural <br />details must be slamped hy a design professional licensed by the State of Washington. <br />2. Stamped calculations should be provided for all beams used in the project. <br />3. The store—iront glazing should be shown on the plans. Any required safety glazing <br />should be specified. Section 2406.4 <br />4. The iloor surface of the toilet rooms should be specified on the plans. The floors of the <br />Ioilet rooms should be shown to cove up the walls a minimum of 6". Section 1210.1 <br />5. The walls within 24" of the front and sides of the toilet and urinals should be sliown <br />protected by an approved non-absorbent surface material. Section 1210.2 <br />6. Fresh air will be required to be provided to the rooms per the Washington State <br />Ventilation and Indoor Air Qualily code.
