Contributors sometimes use the.parking area of Judd & Black for convenience although the proximity of the freeway overpass results in a larqe amount of unused on-street parking area. If the variance is not granted the object and purpose of the Mission would be stifled. POINT 4. So as not to grant a special privilege to me by the granting of tliis variance I submit the following conditions t-o be imposed so as not to cause inconsistencies with the limitations upon otlier properties in the vicinity and zone in wl�ich I am located. The operation of the Mission is unique in the area and the contem- _ plated addition to the building so small that the variance recluested would not appear to be a special privileqe or inconsistent with anY limitations placed on other property in the vicinity. In fact the reason for the small addition is to better serve the neighborhood and the entire city.
