The following factors were <br />considered prior to making a preliminary decision on this proposal: <br />1 <br />2 <br />The site is zoned C-2, Heavy Comnercial-Lignt Industrial Zone, which would permit <br />the oronosed use. <br />The oarking lot is oroposed to orovide par.l•ing adjacent to an existing restaurant. <br />3. Access is proposed via Hewitt Ave., Chestnut Street, and the alley south of and <br />oarallel to Hewitt. <br />4. Drainage must be designed in compliance with the City's Drainage Ordinance. <br />5.
