WASHINGTON <br />We have reviewed the requested variance from the off-street parking <br />requirements for the "Brokerage" restaurant at the southwest corner <br />of Hewitt and Chestnut Avenues. <br />Due to the following reasons, we feel the variance should be granted__ <br />1. Over 100 on -street parking spaces are available <br />in the immediate area, <br />2. The anticipated hours of operation (after 5 p.m.) <br />should cause little competition with other establish- <br />ments in the area for on -street parking, <br />3.
