EVERETT <br />o .1 <br />WASHINGTOI <br />312�/ <br />We have reviewed the requested variance from the off street parking <br />requirements for the "Brokerage" restaurant at the southwest corner <br />of Hewitt and Chestnut Avenues. <br />Due to the following reasons, we feel the variance should be granted: <br />Over 100 on street parking spaces are available <br />in the immediate area. <br />2. The anticipated hours of operation (after 5 p. m. ) <br />should cause little competition with other establish- <br />ments in the area for on street parking. <br />3. The existing parking lot will be upgraded to current <br />standards. <br />Granting the requested variance ter 23 parking spaces should cause no <br />hardships or problems in this instance. <br />WB:cc <br />
