During our conversation with you, it was mentioned that layout plans are required for raw or remodeled food -service establishments. As yet the Snohomish Health District has not received your plans. If the plea review is ignored, all approvals or disapprovels of equipment and building facilities will be made vim the field inspection wthod before a food. service establishment permit is issued by the Snohomish Health District. Thin wattled can be very costly and tiam consuming for the food -service operator should there be required changes or additions in the construction and layouts. The swain purpose for the plan review is the following: 1. To insure compliance with the existing sanitary requirements. 2. To prevent any misunderstanding by the food -service operator as to what is required, and 3. To prevent errors which might later result in additional cost to the operator.
