Apparently, on February 21, 1990 you posted an inspection report on 3905 High St indicating that work was being performed on that residc�ice without a permit and your note requested that the persons performing that work contact the Building Department concerning permit requirements. I would, of course, like to establish by your testimony that Mr. Goodsell and Mr. Henderson who were rehabing the house at that time did not respond to your notice and did not obtain a building permit to complete the work. I assume also for that reason that no occupancy permit was ever issued. I would be happy to receive a call from you when you have determined what documents and recollection you have relative to this incident.
