241 <br />May 21, 1991 <br />BID REPORT � <br />At the bid opening for the demolition of a single family <br />residence and detached garage situated at 3919 High Street, May <br />10, 1991, three bids were received and opened. They were as <br />follows: <br />Bobby Wolfo�d Trucking & Salvage 510,746.84 <br />Brad Mason Truckinq and Excavating, Inc. 10,317.33 <br />Carl Larson Construction, Inc. 1°,033.56 <br />Staff recommends the bid be awarded to Brad Mason Trucliing and <br />Excavating, Inc., the lowest and most responsive bidder. <br />BID AWARD ='DEMOLITION � <br />Moved by Councilman Gipson, seconded by Councilman Diamond to <br />arard the bid for the demolition of a single family residence <br />and detached garage situated at 3919 High Street to Brad Mason <br />Trucking and Excavating, Inc. for =10,317.33 including <br />Washington State sales tax, the lowest and most responsive bid. <br />Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except President <br />Morrow who voted no and Councilman Overstreet who was excused. <br />Motion carried. <br />Councilman Gipson and President Morrow stated they would like <br />Marian to schedule a meeting so they could talk with Mr. Davis. <br />Moved by Co cil�nan Moser, seconded by Councilma pe to'adopt <br />Resolution No. 474 establishing the speed t on 7th Avenue <br />betreen Everett Ma May and 92nd Street 25 mph as follors: <br />Ken Housden, Public Works or, stated this speed limit <br />change was requested area r dents. Mike Campbell, <br />Assistant Police Chi , felt this change s appropriate. <br />WHEREAS affic speed studies, volume studies, u studies and <br />signi studies have been co�ducted and reviewed by e TAC and <br />Cit Council; and <br />� <br />
