This Resolution had <br />inadvertently missed being acted upon during the Council Meeting of <br />July 24, 1991. <br />We are aware that Council had intended to adopt both Resolutions last week; <br />however, only one was acted on. <br />�.�. � It is our understanding that this Resolution will also be presented to Council <br />on July 3e, 1991 under Council Comments.
