Davis: <br />On February 1, 1991, I sent a letter to you explaining that the Citv of <br />Everett had to reject all bide received for the demolition of 3919 and <br />3923 High Street due to discrepancies in the bid cantract regarding asbestos <br />in the buildings. <br />Those bide went through the process and were rejected by Council.
