Box 4185 <br />Bellevue, WA. 98009 <br />Gentlemen: <br />Several complaints have come into this office in regards to your <br />property located at 392S High, Everett, WA. <br />The tenants have been contact at this residence and have been told <br />about the parking of abandoned vehicles and the law against living <br />in a camper behind the residence. <br />There has been no change in those conditions in the past two months. <br />The tenant is constantly repairing vehicles and this is in an R-1 <br />zone. According to the City of Everett Ordinance, this is against <br />the law. <br />It is unlawful for individuals to live in eampeis within the City <br />limits of Everett. <br />As property owners or .interested parties, your immediate attention <br />to the above described conditions is required. <br />Enclosed is a copy of Section 171 of the City of Everett Traffic <br />Code. Please advise this office within ten (10) days of receipt <br />of this letter your intentions to accomplish the necessary changes <br />in this situation. <br />
