Therefore, the wall may remain where it to presently located until such time as the City requires use of the right-of-way for any reason provided the enclosed hold harmless ►s signed and returned. Your permit request to add 1 feet of height to the wall is denied. However, the earth fill that you proposed behind the wall should be done to help stabilize the wall.
