The house was one of several built <br />to serve the lumber industry in the early 1900s. Because of the building practice <br />of that time I have now fallen into violation of being within 5' of my property <br />line. <br />Iam at this time in need to add to �y living space but because of structural <br />design Imn limited to the East si�e of the residence. My request is to add to <br />the East side 12' exstending the building. The addition Nouldnt be injurious <br />to property or improvments in the vicinity and wouldn't �'be detrimental to the <br />public welfare. <br />I belive that with out a variance I would be subject to unecessary hardship <br />and expense beyond �y control. <br />� � � <br />� / <br />; // i / � <br />' l�/` C ,. . <br />.., % ,:; � t � <br />; <br />� <br />
