All work shall be performed in accordance with the permit and current City of Everett Design and Construction Standards <br />and Specifications. <br />3. The contractor must meet with the Public Works Inspector to discuss potential drainage routing prior to beginning <br />the project. <br />5. Install erosion control measures as determined by the Public Works inspector, such as silt fence, straw bales, <br />swales, or erosion blankets. <br />6. Remove erosion control measures upon completion of the project prior to final approval of the permit. <br />7. All excavated material from foundation, sidewalk and driveways shall be hauled to an approved, permitted site. <br />No wasting of material is allowed on this building lot. <br />8. No dirt, mud, rocks or debris to be tracked onto roadway. <br />9. No building materials to be stacked on roadway and roadway to be kept clean and open for pedestrian travel. <br />10 Adjust water meter box 1" above sidewalk grade. <br />11. Remove and replace curb, gutter and sidewalk as per City of Everett Standard Plan #'s 305A & 306 on this <br />proposal's frontage as directed by the Public Works Inspector (i e. all unused driveways and any broken or <br />damaged area must be replaced). <br />12.
