PLANNING DIRECTOR CERTIFICATION <br />NON -CONFORMING BUILDING #04-005 <br />Applicant: Craig Callies, 1910 Highland Avenue, Everett, WA 98,'1 <br />Site Address: 1910 Highland Avenue <br />Legal Description: Saint Nicholas Add BILK 397 S '/z Lot 20 & All of Lot 21 <br />Tax Identirication Number: 00563239702000 <br />Zoning: R-2 Single Family Detached Medium Density <br />Description of Non -conformities: The site is developed with a single-family residence <br />and a detached garage. According to Snohomish County Assessor's records it appears <br />that the above structures were constructed prior to December 1, 1956. <br />The residence fails to meet the required five-foot (6) interior side setback from the <br />southern property line. The garage fails to meet the required five-foot (5') interior side <br />setback from the northern property line <br />Decision: I hereby find that the use and setbacks for the above structure(s) are <br />recognized as legal non -conforming and meet the City of Everett Zoning Code in effect <br />at the time of construction. This certification is subject to revocation if it is found that the <br />information upon which this decision was based is erroneous.
