If you wish to prevent the permits from
expiring without documentation of completion, you may:
1) Request an inspection of work that has occurred, to document continuing progress,
or 2) Request final inspection if the work is completed,
or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension, detailing justifiable cause for
extension.
Also, there is no record of the required permit for the side sewer alteration under the addition.
Please respond within 10 days. After that time the file will be sent to our Records Department
for microfilming without final approval.
