Work under this pertnit will no longer be authorized unless you: <br />1) Dcnwnstrate contintting progress by rcyuesting inspection of work thal has occurred since <br />your last inspcction, or <br />2) Request final inspections of the work that is completed, or <br />3) Submit a writlen requcst for a 180 day extension, detailingjustifiable cause for extension. <br />Please respond within 10 days. After that time your permit file will be sent to our Records <br />Department for microfilming without docume��?ation of final approval. These records are <br />available to prospective buyers and lending institutions. If you wish to resume work in the <br />fulurc, a new perniit must be oblained.
