� <br />NOTICE OF UNSAFE IIUILDING(:' <br />� <br />Section 1: On February 4> 1974 the hereinabove described <br />building(s) or structure(s), or porti.on(a) thereof, wcre examined by the City <br />of Everett Building Official or his duly autliorized representative. <br />Section 2: Upon said examination it is found that said building(s), or structure(s), <br />or portion(s) thereof, are unsafe as defined in the City of �erett Building <br />Code in the fo11o�.Ing respects, to-wit: <br />Incomplete electrical and plunbing systems. <br />No heating system. <br />Windows and doors broken and/or missing. <br />Interior walls, floors, and ceilings damaged and deteriorated. <br />Exterior siding and trim deteriorated. <br />Open to the public. <br />
