For the best <br />operation. baseboard unita should be installed with backing <br />ineulation to insure an airtight fit with the wall. <br />� If an electric furnace is desired, the District recommends the <br />installation of a balanced warm air aupply system with dampers <br />. and a return air system which will return as close to 100i of all <br />�,t�••.� the furnace fan CFM output as posaible. The District further <br />' recommends all duct work insta'lled•in non-heated epaces be ade- <br />, quately insulated.
