No handrail on front steps. <br />2. 'Ritchen sink cabinet not properly installed (open space <br />between counter top and wall creates an unsanitary conditian). <br />3, Water heater not accessable, also requires temp/pressure <br />rerief valve with discharge piping.. � <br />4. Electric range receptacle is not code approved. <br />5. Clothes washer waste line is not trapped or vented. ' <br />6. Some wood foundation members at rear of house are decayed. <br />r <br />Information on building permits to accomplish this work <br />may be obtained from the Building inspection Division, <br />259-8745, and all corrections must meet the present building <br />cades.
