NOTICE Or UNSAFE BUILDING(S) Section 7: Violators of any of the provisions of the City of Everett Building Code shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and each such violator shall be deemod guilty of a separate offense for each and every day, or portion thereof, during which any violation of any of the provisions of said building code is committed, continued, or permitted, and upon conviction of any such violation such violator shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $300.00 or by imprisonment for no more than 90 days or by both such fine and imprisonment. Section 8: If the work specified in this notice is performed by the City of Everett Building Official the costs of said work shall be charged to the owner(s) or parties in interest of the real property on which said building(s), or structures(s), or portion(s) thereof is (are) located and unless such costs have been prev'ously paid by said owner(s) or parties in interest such costs shall be levied and collected as a special assessment against said real property. Section 9: This notice and official action is pursuant to and in accordance with the City of Everett Building Code, Chapter 2.12 Everett City Code adopting and amending Volume 1,_Uniform'Building Code, 1967 Edition prepared by the International Conference of Building Officials. Copies of said code are available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk, Everett City Hall, Everett, Washington. Section 10: The City of Everett Building Official or his duly authorized representative shall be available between 9:00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., Monday through Friday, holidays excepted at his office in the Everett City Hall, Everett, Washington, for consultation of this matter.
