All work shall be carried out in <br />accordance with the attached permit. <br />Also, enclosed is a copy of the City rules and regulations governing <br />work within the public rights -of -way. Please call the Engineering <br />Department Record Section (259-8811) prior to starting this work so <br />that an inspection can be made. <br />This permit is valid for a period of sixty (60) days from date of <br />issue.
