(Everett City <br />Housing Code, Ordinance 0129-71). These conditions may be considered suffi- <br />cient to declare the building to be sub -standard and/or a dangerous building. <br />Some of the deficiencies noted are listed on page two of this letter. <br />Your immediate attention is necessary to remedy these conditions.
