Although we have jurisdiction over the <br />garbage problems at this residence, there has been <br />some concern regarding the abandoned and/or junk <br />vehicles along the back alley. <br />From our conversation on March 28, 1984, it is apparent <br />that the abatement and removal of wrecked, dismantled <br />or inoperative vehicles is enforced through the Everett <br />Building Department (City of Everett Ordinance No. 869-82). <br />Therefore we will relinquish this portion of the <br />complaint to your office. <br />Please keep us informed of any actions and outcomes <br />that may arise from your investigation.
