BEFORE THE BOARD OF APPEALS OF THE CITY OF EVERETT <br />b ' <br />6 APPEAL OF CORNERSTONE INVESTMENT, INC. <br />7 I <br />9 COMES NOW Cornerstone Investment, Inc. and alleges as follows: <br />10 Cornerstone Investment, Inc. is the title holder of record to <br />11 property located in Snohomish County, commonly identif.ed as <br />12 <br />3127 <br />Lombard Avenue, <br />Everett, <br />Washington. <br />Said property is sub- <br />13 <br />ject <br />to a "Notice and <br />Order" <br />dated April <br />2, 1975. <br />`� II <br />15 On April 2, 1975, Robert K. Royce issued a "Notice of Unsafe <br />16 <br />Building", reference number 7503-192 directing the demolition of <br />17 <br />18 the improvement situated on property described therein. <br />19 Said Order was improperly drawn and issued for the following <br />20 reasons: <br />21 1. The Order failed to advise the appelant with respect to , <br />22 its right to appeal. <br />23 <br />2. The Notice and Order do not allow or set forth appropriat <br />24 <br />25 time periods to complete any repairs that are needed. <br />26 III <br />27 Cornerstone Investment Inc. prays that this Board grant the <br />28 following relief: <br />29 1.
