V.11L <br />Home Care Inc. hereby makes claim against the City of Everett, a <br />Municipal Corporation, for damages as a result of -action taken by <br />officials of the City of Everett against the following pieces of real <br />property situated within the City of Everett: <br />2408 Highland Avenue <br />3216 Oakes Avenue <br />2115 E. Cran4e*Avenue <br />Said properties were improperly posted to be vacated by the <br />Department of Community -Development. As a result of the improper <br />issuance of said notices, Home Care Inc. has lost the rental value <br />of said properties in a total amount exceeding $2,5R7.50. <br />Home Care Inc. agrees to settl#•this claim in full for the sum <br />of $2.587.50 if paid in full prior to August 31. 1975. <br />Home Care Inc. is a corporation formed and organized under the <br />laws in the State of Washington with its principal place of business <br />at 22617 76th West, Edmonds, Washington. Home Care Inc. has been at <br />that address or, 411 W.
