The contractor ves notified and the �ide <br />saver connected on April 30, 1985. , <br />On S�pte�ber 11, 1985, Lorraine Houvier called me and eaid ehe hae atandinq vater !n <br />her yard and apparmtly feels that the eide sewer was not connected properly. She <br />wants soc�eone from the City to look at her foundation and write a letter to hez that <br />thare is no problem and that she dcesn't have to rorry about founda0ion eettlesent <br />(fouadations are mnde of wood), <br />i sent my inspector, Jim Aoerr, out to take pictureo and to inveatigate the etandinq <br />rates problm. Jia peported back that there is no etandino ratez and that this va� <br />confirmed by the renters of one of theee unite who walk through the yazd cvery day. <br />lUled Lorraine Bowier this norning and she aaya that she received a check fran Clevco, <br />Inc. for t2�e bill fzos the roto zooter man. Apparently Clevco wants her to eign a <br />release of ta further olaim. <br />!b. Bouvier says ahe vill not sign the zelease. She also says ahe called Nayor Moore <br />who •aye he will look into the matter. <br />lis. Aouvier that her back door nw sticka and tha! in Lhe <br />kitchen the wunter has aunk (the greaee in tha pan slopea to one side). <br />As per our phone converaation this morning, you have contacted the insurance adjueter <br />and Fe will meet with tis.
