Tha owner, Lonaine Bouvier, had hired a zoto znoter msn vho contiraiad that the sida sewaz had not been connected. The contractor waa notified and the side sMrer connec[ed on April 30, 1985. . She vants ao�eonn from the Ciiy to look at her foundation and write a letter to har that thaze is no problan and that she doesn't have to worzy about founda0lon aettle�snt (foundationa are made of wood). I sent my inepector, Jim Ho�n•, out to take pictures and to inveatiqate the atanding vater problem. Ms. Bouvier's complaints apparently go back to 1981 when she claima the City did some �ewer repair and that ie now the cause of the saqginq roof of her voodshed. The renter at 2427 told Ms. Houvier that her back door now eticks and that in the kitchen the counter has sunk (the greaee in the pan slopes to one aide).
