Herrera: <br />The City of Everett Planning and Community Development Department received a <br />complaiat concerning the dwelling units located at 2504 and 2506 Highland <br />Avenue. Subsequently, the Housing Inapector conducted aa inspection of the <br />units. <br />Several deficiencies were noted which may be deemed detrimer.':a1 to the <br />occupaats or the public, as defined in the Uniform Housing Code. The <br />conditions may be conaidered sufficient to declare the building to be <br />substandard. Some of the deficienciea noted are listed on the enclosed report. <br />Your immediate attention is necessary to remedy theae conditiona.
