The fire was caused hy an action in direct �iolation of the Unifozm Fire <br />Code which protiib3ts the use of any spazk—producing eqi�iproent w:ithin a <br />spray room. <br />2. The spray room was originally constructed without a�•alid permit from the <br />IIu:lding Department.
