Condition #12 of this project's Final Mitigated <br />Determination of Non -Significance (SEPA M00-W7) required the payment of a Teak <br />Mitigation Fee of $4,500.00 (see attached). A review of the permit file indicates that the <br />required fee has not yet beret paid. In the event our records are incorect and you have a <br />treasurer's receipt indicating that this fee has been paid please let us know.
